Session Fees and Insurance Guidance

Dr. Small is an out-of-network provider, meaning he does not accept specific insurance plans.  Clients tend to seek reimbursement directly from their insurer.  Clients received a monthly document that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service.  You are welcome to inquire about fees and insurance status directly with Dr. Small.
